Dillon Cooper my friends…..mark my words he will be the next big artist to hit the scene. Call me crazy, or call me a genius, I’m just laying the facts down here. Everything about this artist is on fire. Now to start things off here let’s get to the basics. Dillon Cooper was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York. At age 8 Dillon became a self-taught guitarist and from there at the age of 17 continued his dream of music by attending the one and only Berklee College of Music in Boston, MA. Dillon Cooper, now 19 has withdrew himself from Berklee to focus his life on his pursuit of music. Dillon has the best of both worlds right now being able to represent his music within Boston and his hometown of Crown Heights Brooklyn, New York.
Being a Boston based blog well start with his first appearance that we came across within his track “Common People” and the good old shots of Green Street Vault within the video. This track jumped out at us big time. Had a ton of artists promoting him, had Jon Kilmer producing the video and then he just killed it on the track. From there he embraced us with “Shadows” and most recently “Shadows Part II”. Each and every track and video has impressed me more and more. Don’t know any other artist who has raised my interest in such little time. Literally been looking for new stuff from his every other day. Dillon Cooper attaches meaningful lyrics with every line he spits, on every track. Everything is extremely catchy and flows just right.
Rumor has it Dillon’s next work will be a musical mixtape, where every track will feature a music video. Hoping this happens because along with making the finest music and tracks I’ve seen some awesome videos. If you can’t tell I’m excited for Dillon Cooper’s future, as you should be. Remember where you heard it first…Dillon Cooper, next big thing. Check this dude out and show him some love.
**Shouts to everyone he worked with in his videos and music also be sure to check them out...
